Recently, Hangzhou Qianjin Forging successfully passed the German Automotive Industry Quality Standard Process Audit (referred to as VDA6.3), becoming a batch supplier for ZF Friedrichshafen AG. This has laid a solid foundation for the company to undertake batch orders for the BBAC (Benz) new energy vehicle project in the next step.

Qianjin Forging is a key and backbone enterprise in the forging industry, possessing strong technical expertise in the forging of products such as marine gearboxes, construction machinery transmissions, and wind turbine gearboxes. In its development process, the enterprise has placed special emphasis on technological innovation, intelligentization, and digitalization transformation. For instance, it has upgraded its truss automation production line and employed AGV intelligent handling robots to continuously optimize its production line. Since 2019, it has officially ventured into the precision forging and processing of new energy vehicle transmission products and has successfully supported numerous new energy vehicle brands. Some of its projects have been designated for development and supplied in batches. Its major customers include Ideal Automobile, Huawei Automobile, Geely Automobile, BYD Automobile, and Leap Automobile.

The successful passage of the VDA6.3 audit for the current forging process marks another milestone for our company as we have obtained a production order from BBAC, a leading manufacturer in the automotive industry, for their new energy vehicle (NEV) project. This milestone signifies further market recognition of our forging and processing capabilities in NEV products, providing a strong foundation for the company to accelerate product technology innovation and enhance market competitiveness in the future.
