Technology

The company's Technology Center was established at the end of 2010 and currently employs 36 scientific research and technical personnel. Among them, 3 hold senior engineer titles, 33 hold college degree (or equivalent) or assistant engineer titles, and technical personnel account for 20% of the total number of employees in the company. The output value of new products accounts for more than 60% of the annual output value.

The company invested 2 million yuan to build a technical testing center, which was awarded the status of a national-level laboratory by the National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment.

Currently, we have 12 forging technology production lines, with the maximum forging weight reaching up to 3 tons and the minimum within 0.5 kg. We have successively passed the factory certification of France's Bureau Veritas (BV) and China Classification Society (CCS).

In forging research and development, as well as mold development, our company has achieved leading technical levels in automotive forgings, especially in recent years with developments for Beijing Hyundai, Hangzhou Iveco, and Zhenhua Port Machinery. In 2013, we were awarded as a high-tech enterprise in Zhejiang Province.

The company holds multiple patents, such as patent number ZL201320038075.X for "New Gear Forging Blank and Forging Die", ZL201320038209.8 for "Gear Forging Blank and Forging Die", ZL201320038076.4 for "New Gear Forging Blank and Forging Die", and CN201010039809.7 for "Wave-shaped Dual Steel Sheets for Transmission Cases and Processing Technology", among others.
